Pam

Order placed directly with Flowers on the Cobbles in shop or by telephone. 9th Apr 2023

My friend was delighted with her flowers. They arrived on the day I hoped for given that the web site for the local florist said they could only deliver next day. But in fact on the national web site it said delivery same day as ordering, if it was before 2pm - and it was! And that's the day they arrived. Thank you

Juliet

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 2nd Apr 2023

I found a discrepancy in timing and didn't know for sure whether the flowers would arrive Friday or Saturday.. the florist's web site said it would be Saturday delivery and so I rejected it in favour of the national web site - which said that the flowers would be delivered on Friday if ordered before 2pm. The same florist as I had originally looked at was the florist they used. Would the flowers arrive Friday as I wanted or Saturday To my relief it was Friday. But that doubt shouldn't have been there. However all was well: flowers Friday and we'll received!

It was my mother’s 90th birthday and we are so far away in Mexico, it was wonderful to be able to send fresh flowers from a local (to her) shop. They were delivered on time, with no hassle and were so fresh with a side of chocolates from a shop she was a manager at 70 years ago. How wonderful! The cost was more reasonable than comparable flower delivery sites and all went so smoothly I can’t fault any part of the service.

This is the second time we have used this company. The flowers for our daughter’s wedding were stunning, and of the best quality.Sadly, four years later we employed them for a floral display for her father’s funeral. Once again, the display was exquisite. Everyone commented on them. Thank you so much, we will certainly recommend you, and use you again.

Fabulous Flowers! I called the florist asking for some flowers for a friend who had just come out of hospital so didnt want her to have to bother doing anything to them (apart from watering them). The lady suggested these. And how beautiful are they Really pleased with them. Super quick delivery. My friend was chuffed with them and said they brightened up her lounge a treat. Would definitely use Flowers On The Cobbles again, kind on the phone, did exactly as asked, nice to see a picture of what I actually sent aswell. Highly recommend. Thanks you.

Once again Flowers on The Cobbles have surpassed all expectations. They have an ability to fulfil the brief no matter the occasion and from the outset the service, quality of flowers and attention to detail was First Class. My Niece (The Recipient) was absolutely 'blown away' & hearing the delight in her voice when she phoned to thank us went some way toward making up for not being able to visit on her special Birthday due to lockdown. The hand made chocolates I hear, were as delightful to taste as on the eye! Many many thanks Helen & The Team x

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 29th Sep 2014

It was an easy process to order the flowers and, although I was a little disappointed at first when I read that the time I had taken to choose a particular florist, reading reviews and choosing the category etc, had seemed, a waste of my time as the florist had actually rejected my order... I quickly found solace in the fact that it was placed with another florist in the area....without me having to do anything! Not only did it give me an alert in the morning, giving me the option if I wanted to cancel it, due to the change... I got a message from my friend, later that day and who was totally amazed with the beautiful arrangement that arrived and her words were " it is sooo beautiful".... which made all of the other worries disappear.... I would definitely use this service again and my aim was to make my friend happy...which was achieved in bucket loads, so all turned out well in the end!! .... I thought that the fact that I received a copy of what was sent, is a touch that other impersonal services don't offer, so don't be put off if the same happens to you.... rejected doesn't not mean a rejected purchase...it may just mean that they don't feel they can meet that particular arrangement with the flowers they have in at that moment...or an unusual vase etc etc.... So I am just pleased that an alternative had been sourced, whilst I slept and who felt they COULD fulfil my order to a high standard and for that I am really grateful...and for that reason alone, I would use this service again, as I don't have to worry about starting all over again! ...and to actually be able to see what I had sent, is a truly personal touch! Thank you guys!
