Even ordering from Hawaiiwith time zones and international phone complicationsPoppys Flower Design delivered absolute excellence. When my girlfriend missed the initial delivery (left with neighbors who, unfortunately, kept the flowers), Poppys took initiative. They resolved the issue seamlessly, ensuring a brand-new bouquet arriveddespite it being 3am my time in Hawaii when I got the update. Woke up to my girlfriends joyful message, flowers in hand. Outstanding dedication, stellar customer care. Would trust them again in a heartbeat!

I really appreciate the email confirmation that the flowers were delivered on the date requested. It can be tricky to find out unless you phone the recipient to ask them if the flowers arrived when you live 12000 miles away. It's not a surprise for the recipient if the sender has to ask. I feel sure the blooms were great. I will definitely be using this service again. Thankyou
