It was so easy to order the flowers on line with lots of ideas and options to choose from. I requested the florist make up bouquet and asked for something modern and a bit unusual. The bouquet my mum received was beautiful and she was over the moon with them. I would definitely recommend. I have uses heaven scent a few times before and they have always been great.

Outstanding service from this florist. They left phone and emial messages for us to say they'd run out of tulips and could either deliver on Tuesday, fresh off the lorry from Holland, or put a mixed bouquet together for Monday. We asked for tulips on Tuesday and our friends were absolutely delighted with the quality and freshness. Top marks.

I received a phone call from the recipient of the flowers. She was very happy with them. She was beginning to feel depressed after her accident and subsequent surgery; these flowers lifted her spirits. Thank you, also, for taking the time to phone me and let me know that you could not send the flowers to the hospital as this is not allowed. I was given the wrong delivery address but Fiona of Heaven Scent rang my office to advise me that their delivery driver couldn't find the house. I just managed to return her call with the correct address before the 5 o'clock deadline, by which time Fiona had used her initiative, found the correct address, and made the delivery! This was MARVELLOUS service! I am an independent wine merchant and am only too well aware how aggravating and time-consuming incorrect delivery addresses can be. Like Heaven Scent, we always go that "extra mile" to give the best service we can. I shall most certainly use Direct2Florist again - and shall recommend it to my friends and contacts.

Superb service, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond. I ordered flowers from the US for delivery in the UK. My address was old so the flowers couldn't be delivered, but they tried very hard and were able to find out the recipient had moved about 45 minutes away (out of their area). I asked if there was any way, with an additional fee, that they could deliver them since they were already made (rather than wasting them) and they said yes. I paid an extra delivery charge & the flowers were delivered. Superb service, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond.

This is the 2nd time we have done an order with Heaven Scent. We found the florist while visiting family in York (we live in London) ordered some flowers to be sent, was told they were beautiful. 2nd delivery was for my Gran for Christmas and my Auntie said the flowers are lovely once again. Would recommend this service to anyone. Shame we can not see the flowers ourself.

I put my order in on Sunday afternoon and I live in Hull but I needed the flowers delivered Monday morning as they were a special arrangement and I needed them delivering to my partner at work in York.
