The basket of flowers for my cousin's funeral designed by Hannah Simon's Flower's in Wigan, England was stunning. It was exactly what I'd envisioned and included Sunflowers and summer flowers as requested. I highly recommend Hannah Simon's Flowers for all your floral needs. The flowers were gorgeous fresh blooms, delivered on time, and a photo was emailed to me per request. Even though I am in another country, Direct2florist.com made ordering directly from a florist in Wigan very easy. They even calculate the rate of exchange cost for you. I'd definitely use Direct2florist and Hannah Simon's Flower's again.

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 17th May 2021

Birthday gift delivered at 5.50pm not acceptable contacted florist who said they didn’t receive the order until 10am that morning, yet I placed the order the previous day. Paid £50.00 + service charge recipient didn’t see flowers until 9pm on her birthday. The fault is with the website, at first they say they can deliver the day prior , yet by the time I put my order through that wasn’t available. I asked the florist to make amends by sending a apology bu way if a token gesture but they were not interested. The display was not as described total disappointment all round in despicable

Once again Hannah has provided absolutely stunning arrangements for our dear family during a difficult time. We are not able to be near our family and when there are joyous occasions and heartbreaking occasions when we cant be close Hannah has always dropped everything to take the time with special personal touches to send our love in the way of flowers to the ones we love most. Thank you Hannah for everything through the years. All our love your favorite American customers xxxx

I selected the Cherry Blossom arrangement to send to my niece and she was delighted by them. I haven't seen any pictures of them yet though (busy new mum)

It's the first time I've used this florist, I went on the positive reviews and am really pleased.

Requested Saturday delivery, only aware it didn't happen when I asked for confirmation from Direct2Florist, received prompt call from florist then to explain delay and confirm delivery that day. Receipt later confirmed by recipient. Appreciate it is not always possible to advise of delays, especially at peak tmes, but when you are ordering flowers over a considerable distance for a surprise delivery it would be good to be informed of a delay and receive confirmation that it is being resolved without having to chase information myself days later.
