Absolutely amazing twice over My friend was out on the day of delivery and since it was horrible weather they phoned me to say that they???d come back the next day to deliver. Next day they phoned to say that no one was home and if I had got the right address, turns out I had given the wrong house number. Elimays always provide high quality bouquets and bring smiles to my wife- face every time. Only area for improvement is that @ Booking it indicated if purchase made in direct2florest website within 4hrs, delivery would be same day but that did not happen and was unchangeable despite the request- however flowers were not special occasion so no massive problem.

Elimays were very accomodating when I requested an unusual colour to be included within the flowers\packaging. They also emailed me to let me know they had left the flowers in a safe place when the recipients weren't in during delivery. My auntie loved the flowers.
