This was my first time ordering from here as a change to my usual interflora purchases. I make serval purchases through the year due to living overseas for over 10 years. The flowers I ordered were nicely arranged, however the bouquet was extremely small considering I ordered the largest size available for £60. The bouquet was easily half the size I am used to receiving through interflora for the same price. I have made a complaint to direct2florist now on 2 occasions for this order which was more than a month ago. This should be plenty of time to attain a response from the florist in question, but so far I have not received an adequate response to any communication. I thought this was a good way to better support local florists, but I shall not be ordering again.

I ordered funeral flowers online on friday for a funeral on monday realising deliveries were not usual on sunday . I made a special request for monday morning delivery to the funeral services as the funeral was monday afternoon. Not only were the flowers delivered promptly on the morning of the funeral but i was informed by the attenders the flowers were beautiful. This extra special service meant so much to me and the family of the bereaved. I would certainly use direct to florist again as i have so many times before and always had excellent service.

Flowers were same day for my sister who was absolutely delighted with them and said that they were the most beautiful and appropriate i had ever sent her. These were flowers of the florists choosing. She has always commented on flowers sent, so she clearly felt these were something special. Will happily use this florist again
