The flowers I ordered were not available, however the florist called me and gave me the option of either transferring my order to another florist or changing my order for what they had in stock. I changed some of the flowers and the resulting bouquet was delightful. The person receiving them was very happy and after seeing the photos so was I ????

Easy to locate a florist near to your sender. I received a call from the florist to confirm my colour selection and assure me of the delivery date. The flowers were perfect as my recipient sent me a picture. This is the best service I have used.

I placed my order with Sarah Kellys Flowerroom of flowers in a vase, on a Friday evening and received a call from the florist on Saturday explaining, that at the moment she is unable to get any vases because of Covid-19. She asked if I would be happy with an arrangement in water. This would mean more flowers as I was not paying for a vase. I agreed I would be very happy with this and my Daughter was delighted with this beautiful large arrangement which has lifted her spirits at this difficult time. A really beautiful big bunch of flowers in such a beautiful display. I had ordered flowers for the same price from interfalora and we only had half the flowers! Was very impressed with the quality and quantity.

Lovely arrangement which was not too dissimilar to the picture online. Really good given the current circumstances and potential for particular flower varieties to not be available. Also delivered on the day requested which again could have been challenging given covid19 restrictions. Also, order fulfilled with less than a weeks notice.
