Diane

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 24th Mar 2021

Delivered to door, however not on date requested. Ordered via website and payment made for Mother’s Day flower delivery, but was not contacted until the day after payment made to say that delivery couldn’t be made on mother’s day. Was given option of delivery cancellation or delivery on a later date. Too late to submit another order with different company therefore forced to opt for later delivery. Flowers delivered two days later.

The flowers were delivered yesterday as requested and my friend loved them. The only thing that I was unhappy about was that I paid for a Cherry Blossom bouquet which was pinks and reds and the ones delivered had yellow lilies, a few daisies and a few green leaves!
