My flower order got substituted with another florist who delivered flowers that looked nothing like the original bunch. Tried complaining but because I have a life I complained after the 7 day time limit they have There is no way that bunch of flowers was worth 70 quid. I know times are hard but that is ridiculous!! If youre wanting flowers delivering avoid companies like direct2florist and spend a bit more time and support your local florist. Wont be using ever again.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the flowers that were delivered. One of our florists contacted you as soon as the order came in to say we did not have those particular flowers in stock but could do a pastel arrangement which you agreed to. As you went through direct2florist to place your order there are fees taken by them which does come off the total flower value plus as the florist we have to take into account delivery, sundries and labour so the flower value is not £70 however it was the correct value for what we as the florist gets paid. Despite ensuring your flowers were delivered within the specific time frame we are disappointed to see this review.

I ordered some flowers from The Secret Garden Florist in Baildon, Shipley, West Yorks at 10:00 am today and they arrived at Midday.. The recipient said they were beautiful!

On this occasion, however, the display I had ordered was not completely available, but I was advised of this and assured that a similar design would be completed...and it was! This was my first time ordering from here as a change to my usual interflora purchases. I make serval purchases through the year due to living overseas for over 10 years. The flowers I ordered were nicely arranged, however the bouquet was extremely small considering I ordered the largest size available for £60. The bouquet was easily half the size I am used to receiving through interflora for the same price. I have made a complaint to direct2florist now on 2 occasions for this order which was more than a month ago. This should be plenty of time to attain a response from the florist in question, but so far I have not received an adequate response to any communication. I thought this was a good way to better support local florists, but I shall not be ordering again.

I ordered funeral flowers online on friday for a funeral on monday realising deliveries were not usual on sunday . I made a special request for monday morning delivery to the funeral services as the funeral was monday afternoon. Not only were the flowers delivered promptly on the morning of the funeral but i was informed by the attenders the flowers were beautiful. This extra special service meant so much to me and the family of the bereaved. I would certainly use direct to florist again as i have so many times before and always had excellent service.
