Cant fault the customer service. Received a phone call to state that, due to being so short staffed, the same day delivery wasnt possible. I was immediately reassured that they would outsource to another florist in the vicinity, and a next day delivery was assured. Within a couple of hours, I received a message of thanks, and a photo of the beautiful bouquet that had just been delivered. A wonderful outcome. Most pleased and will recommend to anyone.
