Maryjane

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 13th May 2021

I have always found the arragements The Flower P:ot has delivered to my friend in the past to be excellant. I was disappointed when I called her to find that her arrangement was in white and I had ordered pink. Other than the color difference she was delighted with the it, so I would give them 4.-1/2 stars. Linda Bennett

Got flowers delivered to my daughter. Flowers looked exactly as appeared online. Flowers were delivered next day from The Flower Pot in Gravesend. Fantastic service. There was a minor issue with the wording on the message card but when pointed out the manager personally phoned my daughter to apologise. Wonderful customer service and will definitely use them again for any floral requirements

Very quick service. Ordered the flowers at 8am and were delivered before 11.30am on the same day. Florist was very helpful and made changes to the message when I followed up with a direct call. Flowers were lovely and my friend loved them. Very happy with the service.

This is the easiest way to order flowers in another country. I’ve been using Direct2florist for years now to send flowers to my Aunt in the UK from Australia. I get to use a florist nearby to her and haven’t been disappointed yet. Highly recommend.

Diane

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 30th Dec 2020

Awesome service. Fast tracked my order from Australia to our daughter in Rochester following my email. Our daughter was sick over Xmas and on her own and original delivery date was approx 4th January. They were delivered yesterday, and she loved them. Certainly brightened up her loneliness along with a very special teddy bear. Thank you so, so much.

Great Service & Lovely Flowers was delivered on actual Birthday date as requested. The only criticism is that 6.00 charge for the balloon is extortionate compared to other suppliers.
