Fabulous service from The Blossom shop. Flowers were beautiful and the lady who delivered them even went back as she was concerned they were out of water (the recipient wasn't in) so she made sure they were kept fresh. Amazing service, will definitely use again.

The local florist my order was routed to did a great job providing quality flowers in a hand-tied bouquet and also supplied a household name brand of chocolates (I ordered the chocolates as well, but wasn't sure whether the would be branded). Needed the same day service and everything arrived on time, plus communication was timely. Admittedly, much of my experience was down to the local florist, but hopefully this is a reflection of the kind of service and standards available when you order through Direct2florist.

Flowers were good quality and bouquet was substantial and thoughtfully arranged by the local florist (it had an "artisan" look, not mass produced.). Also, the chocolates were by a well known brand and a good size box (I was expecting something much more basic, so that was a nice surprise). Ordered same day service and delivery and communication was timely.

I have used the Blossom Shop several times, and they always exceed my expectations. Nothing is too much trouble. It is heart warming (and rare) when the giver gets as much pleasure as the receiver but thats what the Blossom Shop does.

The flowers were terrific. Also, I received an email from Ali at Blossoms explaining that there would be a slight delay in the delivery due to the need for her to wait for roses from Holland. The personal touch was excellent. I am happy to highly recommend The Blossom Shop.
