Very efficient. The order I placed arrived in time and I was sent an email to confirm it's delivery. I made a follow up phone call after I placed my order with a small query and the member of staff was very helpful.

Excellent service. Ordered a wreath for delivery just as the shop was opening after the Christmas holidays and they still Managed to get it made up and delivered to BARRA in time for the funeral. Wreath was lovely. Many thanks for all your hard work .

The flowers were so good I lack words!! I was hesitant as it was my first time to order on here and for a mother I wanted nothing but the best. I had ordered an orchid plant for her but there wasn???t. The florist called on time and gave me a choice to cancel the order or order flowers. As it was last minute I opted to trust her as she mentioned they will organise the best for her. Long story short the well organise bouquet with a box great mix of flowers and colours made our mother teary and so did I. So beautiful. Ever so thankful. I highly recommend!!! I am ordering again for my daughter???s birthday. Keep up the great work

Florist phoned me early on day of delivery to say some of the flowers in the arrangement were still awaiting them to arrive but she could do another arrangement which I was more than happy with. The flowers were delivered around lunchtime and I was told the arrangement was beautiful and when described to me the arrangement did sound really lovely.
