My observation was that everything was handled professionally with timely delivery of my floral tribute and would have no hesitation in using this service again, if I had a disappointment it was the live streaming of the funeral service which was slightly intermittent. Sincerely, Peter Shaw.

Did not get what I had ordered. When the flowers arrived to a family member some of the flowers had dead leaves. I had sent an email. They sent on other flowers. Will not be ordering flowers again.

Not sure if it was intended, but they included an South African flower in the bouquet that was unexpected but very well received! My billing address is South African, so if it was the case that they saw that and included the Protea, then they did an excellent job!!

Apparently the flowers and gift basket were awesome, thank you very much. Sadly though the message on the basket got "lost" at delivery so the recipient did not know who they were from and when she rang to find out was met with a not so friendly voice at the end of the phone. Must have been under stress with the Christmas rush.... :(
