Flowers were delivered within three hours of order being placed, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Received notification via email of delivery, with pictures of flowers also. I ordered two lots of flowers for a 50th Birthday, a little disappointed to find out they weren't the flowers I ordered and very surprised that no email was sent to let me know of the charges. When I selected same day delivery I was dubious... given that I was asking for a same day delivery to a place of work that would therefore only be open until 5pm I was double dubious but direct2flowers came through!!! Sadly, I never get to see the flowers I send, as they're usually for the funerals of relatives in Bolton, and I live in New Zealand, which is why I order online. But I always get great feedback from people who have attended the funeral and they consistently tell me that the flowers I sent were beautiful. Top rate service. I ordered online at 8.40am all my special requests where meet and the flowers delivered before 1pm the same day. The flowers are absolutely beautiful my sister loved them. I asked the florist to choose whatever they wanted as long as they could add some lilies to the bouquet which they did as these are my sisters favourite. The flowers are still going strong with some still to open up a week later. I am thrilled with the service I received and will definatly be using you again. Very satisfied customer.

Flower arrangement is beautiful as all previous ones. Just a little late in delivery - I asked for am and it was 2ish when delivered consequently no one was in but they were put in a safe place with a note through the door. No detrement to flowers - Octagon Flowers are always beautiful.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL boquet of flowers, delivered when they said they would be delivered. A handwritten card with exactly what I wanted said on it.... Great Service, Great Value. I will use this florist again.

I must say that I am very happy with my 2 orders of flowers. They were for my grandfathers funeral and the ladies at Octagon Flowers were very helpful. I am in America and I did my orders on-line, I called the flower shop to make sure my orders had gotten in on time and the ladies very very nice. I didn't get to see the flowers but my sister said they were really nice. Thank-you Octagon Flowers for doing a great job in such a short time. I am very thankful to you.
