We were very satisfied with the service, especially that we were able to access photos & the Price in Aus., $'s. We, of course, were unable to see the flowers personally. I am sure they were lovely on delivery, however, by the time I got an e.mail photo, taken on the Saturday, by my friend, they were already well withered. I knew, & expected that due to the early time of the funeral they would be delivered the evening before to the funeral parlour, however thought they would be put into water there overnight, even if just resting in a sink with a small amount of water, especially as at present Scotland has been having a heatwave. We do understand that it was hot on Friday, & maybe it was our mistake in choosing a sheath, we should have chosen flowers with an oasis, this would have kept them so at least we could get a good photo. Fiona, my niece, had moved house & I didn't have her new phone number otherwise I would have had them delivered to her & made sure she put them in water overnight. Because of this disappointment I have given a rating of 3, but please do not take that as a slur, think the heat in the cemetery was likely the cause as the grave is not in a shaded area. It was my Brother in Law's funeral so I know where the grave is as he was buried with his wife, my sister, who predeceased him by 16+ years. Jean Enion.
