Excellent I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my step-mother for her birthday during the Covid-19 restrictions which meant that a visit in person with a bunch of flowers was out of the question, and delivery could be awkward. She phoned me the day of receipt to thank me as the arrangement was so beautiful and was delivered with all distancing rules complied with. I certainly will not have any hesitation in ordering from Direct2florist again.

We were so pleased with the flowers we ordered online for relatives in Jersey. They were so pretty, even nicer than in the picture, and having them in three vases meant they could be put together or in separate rooms. They were delivered on time and the courier was just about to leave a note saying where they were placed in a safe place when my sister arrived home! Thank you so much. Would thoroughly recommend this florist.

Might have not been their fault but delivery still had not come by 4.30pm, had to rédivert to recipients home address when actually wanted the flowers delivered to the address requested (their work) initially....not great for premium next day delivery. Well, I guess this is not for me to answer, as the flowers were going to someone else. But they were happy with them. I asked, at the last moment, to have to flowers just to be put at the door, which is what happened. I didn't think anyone would be home to answer the call. So requested that they should be left at the door -which is exactly what you did. Thank you. I will certainly use you again. The flowers were fresh and delivered promptly but were a lot smaller than expected given that I ordered the large size. Also they didn't look anything like the display picture apart from they were the same colour. One of the reasons I chose the "Ava" arrangement was because it looked full and included what looked like a large variety of flowers. The arrangement that arrived included only three types of flowers. I also chose it because included an abundance of lillies, one of the recipients favourite flowers but the arrangement that arrived didn't contain even one. Its all very disappointing.

I haven't seen the flowers myself but were told by the reciever yesterday that they were gorgeous! Very efficient service, I have used this company/florist twice now and they have always delivered on time with no issues. I would definitely use them again
