About & History:

Buttercups was set up and still run day to day by Lydia Jones and her team. Lydia was fortunate to work all over the UK in various florists gaining a wealth of experience and design knowledge on her way. After falling in love with locally grown flowers in Yorkshire she knew this was definitely the way forward to provide the freshest flowers for her customers when her business was born. We absolutely love what we do and we are very fortunate to be surrounded by the best seasonal blooms nature has to offer. It really is our absolute pleasure to create eye catching, stunning designs to convey your message through the power of hand delivered flowers.

Specialties:

We specialise in using the very best seasonal British flowers and foliage's. For us it's not only sustainable but we guarantee the freshest, unique flowers that have not been imported. This also gives our flowers a huge advantage on vase life. Sustainability is a huge part and a passion for our business. Not only by using British flowers we also have many eco practices. All of our funeral pieces are eco friendly and 100 percent biodegradable. All of our wrapping is in Kraft and tissue paper even our flower food sachets are biodegradable! We have also strived hard to be a zero waste company too.
