Flowers better than expected as good as the photo on line if not better. So five stars for great service and quality of product, will 100% buy on line again. Having said that we have purchased flower and wreaths from Gwillim's for many years but this is first time on line.

A good friend of my parents’ sadly passed away recently. As my parents live too far away to attend the funeral they chose to send flowers to their friend who had lost her husband, as a way of showing their love. I ordered online with Gwillim, Aberdare, and asked for the flowers to be delivered before the funeral. Delivery was made the day before the funeral, the flowers were beautiful, and they brought some joy at a very sad time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone else. Thank you.

The flowers were ready to order on the website, they were delivered on time and the tracking was perfect! In addition, the contact and correspondence was amazing. The delivery address is codicil to find, and they contacted me the night before delivery to confirm directions for the delivery guy. The quality of the flowers of also fantastic, and they were delivered in a ceramic pot. I'm very happy with the quality and the service, and will not hesitate to use Gwillim flowers again. Gwillim???s delivers a basket of flowers to my mother in her nursing home . They were absolutely beautiful . They knew where they were going and paid particular attention to bright colours and strong fragrances as she has dementia and had a stroke . Gwillim florist were great. The communication was first class letting me know that unfortunately Prince Charles hospital didn't accept real flowers. Instead the florist constructed a perfect artificial bouquet which my Aunty loved as did I after seeing the photos. It was a great touch taking a photo of the recipient with the flowers. I have never been so disappointed with a service. The image shown did not look anything like the flowers delivered. The flowers delivered looked cheap. <br/>Furthermore, after just a few days the flowers started to die. 1 Week later they are now all dead. They were kept in a room with another bunch of flowers bought for a fraction of the prices from a supermarket, these cheaper supermarket flowers are still alive.
