The flowers were beautiful and fresh. My daughter was delighted. There was a problem with the first local florist but I was emailed immediately with an alternative local florist and with the information and the offer to cancel and receive a full refund. I am so pleased I continued with the new florist, but appreciate very much the service. Beautiful, fresh flowers and a very happy daughter

Excellent service. When there was a problem with the chosen local florist I was emailed with the details and offered a refund. However I went with the alternative florist and the flowers arrived early on the same day and were in excellent condition. My daughter is very happy with them and so am I.

The Christmas flowers were very poor quality and mainly white - I am a regular customer due to excellent service from a Hartford flower company near my family, I live in Scotland, but I think this was a different company. I was very disappointed

I ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday. As we live a long distance from each other I wanted something special. She has also had an awful year after undergoing major surgery. I was worried they might not be great. I had an awful experience with an online florist in the past. I had nothing to worry about the flowers were beautiful and my sister was very pleased. It made her birthday special. Thank you so much.

I decided to order my sister some flowers for her birthday. We live quite a distance from each other. So i searched for a florist near to where she lives. After reading many fantastic reviews I placed an order. I must say she was extremely happy with her flowers as was I. They are absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making her birthday special.

So amazing! These were to cheer up my mum whos unwell at the moment. Got a lovely text message from the florist to discuss what my mum liked. Delivered the next day. Flowers left on the doorstep because of social distancing rules and they even rang my mum to let her know they were outside. Amazing service. Mum loves the flowers. So much variety and pretty colours. Cheered her up no end and I get lots of good son points! Thanks so much for all your help. Our new favourite florist for sure!
