I ordered flowers for our Admin Manager at 14.01 she sent me a text a 14.35 to say how lovely they were, and they were truly beautiful. Amazing service and I will definitely use Lily Jones again.

Ordered some flowers to a friend from lily jones flowers- my friend sent me a photo and they look absolutely nothing like the photo I ordered. I even upgraded the order and the product was so disappointing. The only flowers in the bouquet that were the same as the photo on the website were the gerberas. Everything else wasn’t in and was substituted with iris and tulips! So not what I ordered. Won’t ever order from there again!

Flowers are absolutely brilliant, my fiance was over the moon with her bouquet; they were big, bright and beautiful. Can't fault the service of Lily Jones Flowers one bit. I ordered on the morning of Valentines Day, knowing that everywhere else was a next day delivery. Not only did they deliver exactly what I wanted, on the exact same day. but they also let me know as soon as the flowers were delivered (to my request). Bravo Lily Jones Flowers, and thank you for making Valentines Day brilliant.
