I’m afraid my mother never got her flowers for Mother’s Day, despite me receiving an email saying they had been delivered to her. When I got in touch with direct2florist.co.uk to find out what had gone wrong, I was advised that the florist had been contacted for a response. I’m still waiting for a reply and have no confidence that I am going to get one. An apology would have helped but I feel I wasted £50 on this service and am very disappointed. I won’t be using them again.

This florist always does a beautiful job. They are reliable, and reasonably priced. Living outside of the uk, it is difficult to get gifts to my loved ones. Good service, however compared to the same order delivered only 6 weeks ago there seemed less flowers and certainly more "cheaper" flowers like carnations over more "expensive" flowers such as roses. Last time there was a good spread of each. Certainly make me think twice next time i order
