Same day delivery. Easy to use website. The flowers were delivered safely to the correct address. (The recipient has a house name rather than a number and deliveries often end up at the neighbour’s so this is always a concern if I send anything) When they arrived my friend rang to tell me the flowers were beautiful so that’s a win from my point of view.

Flowers were ordered around 3pm and received the same day which I thought was excellent. I didn't see them myself but the recipient said they we're lovely.

As the flowers were for a friend I did not get to see them but I did appreciate that they rang to tell me they were out of the flowers I had ordered online and what they were replacing them with - my friend said they were lovely.

I have used you twice this year, earlier in the year for a funeral, the arrangement was stunning I was very pleased with it. My mum loved the flowers! They weren't in when delivered, but whoever delivered had the foresight to put the cut flowers in a pot filled with water so they were looking good when my parents got home the next day.....
