I have been a customer of Direct2florist since 2013. During these 13 years I never experienced a situation similar to the recent one. I am always sending flowers on a certain occasion either on the 21st of April, or the 23rd of April (Saint George's Day). They express my gratefulness towards a certain person for helping me in the past. I don't know what the problem this year was. I sent an order at about 11 p.m. UK time on the 22nd for the order to be delivered on the next day. Throughout these years pm delivery on the next day was more or less secured if an order was placed the previous day. I chose a flower shop about 2 miles from the delivery address, which I had also chosen in the past. I paid in pounds from a current UK account. The result was that the delivery was materialized on the 26th (!), and the package form was not what I had chosen So how would you rate your service, and what should I do next year to make certain that the delivery would be on time, and exactly what I paid for Furthermore, why should I choose Direct2florist next year

You placed your order the evening before St George’s Day and, having used Direct2florist for many years, you expected the reliable service you have received in the past. On this occasion, something clearly went wrong, and I apologise. I am also sorry the flowers were not presented in the style you had chosen. If substitutions or changes are needed, we always aim to keep the order as close as possible in style, value and appearance, but I appreciate this was not what you expected. The flowers were absolutely amazing! The reason I gave a score of 4 out of 5 stars were the address of where to send them to was changed via an email as my sister who was to receive them as a birthday present, couldn't be at home all day because she was looking after & caring my father at his house as he is on End of Life care & it was her turn to stay over for two nights and days She didn't get home until later that evening when she had to go out and collect the flowers from a neighbour

I didn't get the same day delivery as requested. The company was good with communicating the issues. The courier did not follow the instructions given as to where to place the flowers. They left them at the end of the drive, inside the gate,which I stipulated not to. Other than that my Auntie was pleased with the flowers.

Thank you for getting the flowers to my Auntie. I'm disappointed that the courier left the flowers at her gate and not in the porch as I stipulated on the order. This is a constant problem when ordering from New Zealand where local couriers ignore the delivery notes. It lets down what could have been an excellent service. My Auntie was pleased with the flower arrangement.

When I selected same day delivery I was dubious... given that I was asking for a same day delivery to a place of work that would therefore only be open until 5pm I was double dubious but direct2flowers came through!!! Sadly, I never get to see the flowers I send, as they're usually for the funerals of relatives in Bolton, and I live in New Zealand, which is why I order online. But I always get great feedback from people who have attended the funeral and they consistently tell me that the flowers I sent were beautiful. Top rate service. I ordered online at 8.40am all my special requests where meet and the flowers delivered before 1pm the same day. The flowers are absolutely beautiful my sister loved them. I asked the florist to choose whatever they wanted as long as they could add some lilies to the bouquet which they did as these are my sisters favourite. The flowers are still going strong with some still to open up a week later. I am thrilled with the service I received and will definatly be using you again. Very satisfied customer.

Flower arrangement is beautiful as all previous ones. Just a little late in delivery - I asked for am and it was 2ish when delivered consequently no one was in but they were put in a safe place with a note through the door. No detrement to flowers - Octagon Flowers are always beautiful.
