Flowers were ordered in plenty of time for delivery on a Monday (23 June) for a 94th birthday. I received a call from the florist apologising that she had missed the order and assurance that it would be delivered the following day. I requested confirmation when this had been done, but heard aboslutely nothing - not very impressed, so unlikley to place another order

I didn't get the same day delivery as requested. The company was good with communicating the issues. The courier did not follow the instructions given as to where to place the flowers. They left them at the end of the drive, inside the gate,which I stipulated not to. Other than that my Auntie was pleased with the flowers.

Thank you for getting the flowers to my Auntie. I'm disappointed that the courier left the flowers at her gate and not in the porch as I stipulated on the order. This is a constant problem when ordering from New Zealand where local couriers ignore the delivery notes. It lets down what could have been an excellent service. My Auntie was pleased with the flower arrangement.

Top rate service. I ordered online at 8.40am all my special requests where meet and the flowers delivered before 1pm the same day. The flowers are absolutely beautiful my sister loved them. I asked the florist to choose whatever they wanted as long as they could add some lilies to the bouquet which they did as these are my sisters favourite. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL boquet of flowers, delivered when they said they would be delivered. A handwritten card with exactly what I wanted said on it.... Great Service, Great Value. I will use this florist again.

I must say that I am very happy with my 2 orders of flowers. They were for my grandfathers funeral and the ladies at Octagon Flowers were very helpful. I am in America and I did my orders on-line, I called the flower shop to make sure my orders had gotten in on time and the ladies very very nice. I didn't get to see the flowers but my sister said they were really nice. Thank-you Octagon Flowers for doing a great job in such a short time. I am very thankful to you.
