Attempted to send same-day flowers to a friend just home from hospital. Website allowed me to order them but, several hours later, and too late to try with a different vendor, I was informed that the chosen vendor could not fulfill the order because they did not have inventory given the upcoming bank holiday. So we had to wait three days for the flowers to finally be delivered: it would be better if vendor did not offer same-day delivery when they are not able to honour the order.

You get to choose a Florist in the area of delivery, view all their floral displays with prices in your currency so you know what you're ordering and how much it's going to cost you. The florist I chose arrived on time and the bouquet was exactly as it was pictured on the website. Very happy will use this again.
