The flowers did not look like the ones I ordered. There was no blue ribbon around the flowers. It was for my newly born grandson. There were three small love bears that I ordered and chocolates. They received one bear with a blue ribbon around it I was not impressed, and different chocolates. I understand the flowers might not look the same but if the gifts are not in stock then customers should be told this. I only used this company because interflora were out of stock with the flowers and gifts I choose. When completing my order I should have been given other alternatives. Won't be using this company again.
