Trading and creating beautiful floral displays for all occasions since 1982. Pot Pourri Flowers was located in Chiswick for many years until we relocated to Kew almost 5 years ago now. Owned and managed by Dominic Hughes for the past 28 years.

The flowers (red roses) were beautiful and delivered early morning. They were much appreciated. There were two factors that took of a star (4 stars instead of 5): - the page containing the order had a glitch, that was forcing me to input a UK address, although I clearly specified Spain as my residence. - there were no red roses available for that day, although I placed my order before noon and it was an ordinary day. However, red roses were available for next day. I have to mention that the customer service was prompt and friendly , doing whatever possible to solve the above mentioned issues.

I chose this arrangement in a basket because of the bold flower colours. Unfortunately the photo sent by the recipient was of pastel coloured flowers. I understand the arrangement can’t be identical and the basket won’t be identical but I was disappointed. I wouldn’t have chosen that arrangement. Sorry, I understand the situation but I’m just being honest. Thanks. Maja

The order was delivered to a neighbour for my daughters birthday who didn't get it until next day as they were not in. Then the flowers and chocolates were NOT the ones I ordered.Not at all nice. It's totally awful spending over £60. Calling this company was subjected to negative response blaming the florist who I've emailed without a response. Terrible experience. No apology no token or refund to make it right. As a consumer you should receive what you ordered. Waiting for reply from both emails. I shall go to consumer association and take this further. They ruined my daughters day and this is not acceptable. Terrible treatment to a customer.

The flower arrangement was delightful and the recipient was very pleased with it. I know it was busy time as my order was two days before valentine day, I gave order first time and it was for funeral, I was scared that I will not get flowers on time then I called and they said it is in van and will get on the day of asked, but they delivered around 9pm and said sorry, I can understand due to busy period, but flowers were so nice and I got on the day I requested, I will use this company for my future occasions. Thanks

It was my sisters 60th birthday and because I wanted everything to be perfect I ordered flowers and chocolates the flowers cam and they looked lovely but no chocolates I emailed the company said they would look into it 2 days later no reply so I asked for a refund my I was very disappointed that they couldn’t manage to send the chocolates as well will not be using this again

Nice bunch of flowers, delivered the next day but I went for Florists choice for Valentines day and the selection didn't suit the occasion. Yellow and green would be better for summer maybe.
