I have used Direct2Florist several times now, and have been very pleased with the service. In London the florists used were Rewild and Rosaflorist, both of which offered very good service. On this occasion Direct2Florist did not offer either of these 2 companies, so I chose the closest florist offered to the recipient's address. This was a distance of only 1.75 miles, yet despite this the company concerned, Flowers and Gifts, stated there would be an additional delivery charge as the delivery distance was too great! The recipient was actually very pleased with the flowers, so I have no complaints on that score, but the additional charges left a nasty taste and I definitely will not be using that florist again. I am surprised that Direct2Florist is prepared to promote a company which clearly places profit above service!
