My order 1904281 was not delivered on 14th. but your florist insisted it was delivered and recieved PERSONALLY by reciepint. I tried to ask for refund or proof of receipt, your florist can supply the receipt but sitll refused to refund. Your webteam@direct2florist.com told me 'We cannot advise further on this order.' How can you provide such a poor service??
