Flowers were beautiful and delivered as per the request. The florist was also really great and helped a lot with the communication. One thing to mention, the system has a small flaw, the florist did not receive the name of the recipient and phone number ( as it was redirected from another florist ), but they had contacted me for that information.

Ordered for the first time last week, same day delivery and was very impressed. Flowers turned up for about 5pm and were full of life. I was happy to use the same supplier for a valentine's bunch. Although I ordered in advance this time, the outcome was not the same. I appreciate that valentine's Day is busy for florists but It took until 10.10pm for a pathetic looking handful of underwhelming roses to turn up. At least my partner seen the funny side but I'll remember next year that I can save myself about ??30 and get something way more impressive at Tesco and it won't look like I've forgotten about what day it was. shame because I like to support local business first but I'm not likely to shop here again.
