About Goldfinch Floral Studio

We delivery cheerful and eclectic blooms from our studio and shop in the Mendip Hills. We love using eco floristry techniques and buy lots of our flowers from local growers in the growing season. Our style is contemporary and wild, we love experimenting with colours and are very lead by the season's when it comes to our flower choices. If you are in the area then pop in and say Hi!

About & History:

My name is Jen and I work from my gorgeous studio and tiny shop just outside the beautiful city of Wells, Somerset. I started Goldfinch in 2019 after taking a big leap into the unknown and changing my career from footwear and fashion management to flowers in the hope to regain a slower pace of life that would allow me to spend more time in and with nature and take care of my little boy. The slower pace of life still alludes me, however I love being immersed in flowers and I especially love the joy that delivering a beautiful bouquet brings to people.

Specialties:

Eco friendly arrangements that avoid the use of floral foam. I buy British, locally grown flowers when possible and I specialise in wild and natural arrangements that reflect the seasons with quirky colour palettes and some more unusual flower selections/combinations.

Location & Delivery:

Based in the Mendip hills, just a couple of miles outside the beautiful city of wells, we deliver with in a 8 mile radius on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I deliver to all local funeral directors, retirement homes and I can deliver tributes to the Mendip crematorium's memorial garden.
