Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 23rd Jul 2020

The quality of the beautiful flowers was stunning. I liked the idea of supporting local business. However they were delivered 6 days too soon. After contact with the company I received a prompt and very apologetic message and an offer to send another arrangement on the correct date, which I accepted. The second arrangement was just as beautiful my friend reported. She was so impressed that she is going to use this florist in future.

Everything was made so easy- the choice of flowers (big big choice!), making payment and then sitting back and waiting for the call from the U.K.. Also, a big plus is the email (or other) you receive to say that the flowers are on their way. I’ll only use Direct2florist from now on.
