It is very hard to rate the product as I did not get to see the flowers that were delivered. I did not want to ask the recipient to send me a photo as I know they would not know how to do it, but I thought it would be a very nice extra service if the florist would send a photo to the buyer, just to let them see what was sent. I know the recipient said it was nice, because what else are the going to say but I would have like to see for myself, just idea that you might like to act upon.

I was in touch with the florist direct because of the timing required for the funeral, and luckily we were able to resolve the above dilemma, but had I not talked to her I would never have realised the problem. She was very helpful, for which I was extremely grateful.
