Fabulous flowers for him by local florists

I was willing to give them another chance after a poor experience last year. Again, let down. Cannot deliver mothers day flowers until Monday. Absolutely pathetic.

The order process was relatively easy and there was good choice. Confirmation was quick and once the flowers were received I was happy with the quality and arrangement. I believe the flowers were delivered on time. However between my order and delivery there was no communication or assurance from the florist and this created some anxiety and uncertitide that could have been easily avoided. I saw the flowers from a photo from the recipient, but I would have appreciated to receive documentation from the florist before that, also considering that the price was not cheap.

Wreath was wonderful, though garlic was a bit overpowering, lol! Everyone thought a wreath of vegetables for a gardening loving man was amazing.

I ordered flowers through Florist2Direct and had mixed feelings about the experience. The flowers (supplied and delivered by Daisy Chain) were left between bins, despite the company initially confirming to me that they had been “handed to the recipient.” I questioned this because I hadn’t heard from the recipient, and only then was the true delivery location revealed. When I raised the issue, I was referred to the company’s T&Cs about leaving items in a “safe place.” While I understand this clause exists, no attempt was made to contact me, and I wasn’t asked during checkout what should happen if the recipient wasn’t home. Being left between bins didn’t feel like a reasonable or safe interpretation of that policy. When my friend eventually returned, the flowers were still fresh and she was delighted, which I genuinely appreciate. However, the bouquet delivered looked noticeably smaller and quite different from the image shown online. Florist websites present their photos as “an image of what to expect,” and that sets the customer’s expectation of size, fullness, and value. In reality, what arrives can be vastly different, and buyers have very little protection when the final product doesn’t resemble what they paid for. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with online florists, and challenging it is often a long and unsuccessful process. Customers spend good money based on the advertised images, yet we don’t see the finished product until the recipient receives it by which point it’s too late to resolve easily. More realistic product photos, clearer delivery options, and fairer accountability when the bouquet doesn’t match the advertised look or volume would make a big difference to customer trust.

Excellent service , easy to order , reasonably priced , excellent communication- I didn’t actually see the flowers , as I had them delivered to someone , but she was thrilled with them .

Ok the service from the online side of things great but the flowers no so good for £50 quite dissatisfied that some of the flowers were dying already within 2 days if you could pass this on to twig and twine as they were also obviously made up the day before and delivered 1st thing

Would highly recommend direct2florist - ordered flowers for a very sick friend and some types of blooms as advertised were unavailable. Lesley messaged me within minutes of me placing the order to let me know this, and gave me the option to cancel if I wasn’t happy. I agreed to proceed and asked that she send me a photo of the bouquet so that I could see the replacements. This she did, and it was as lovely as the original one I chose. Another friend was visiting when the flowers arrived and said they were magnificent. The recipient was really pleased with the flowers. Direct2florist will be my go to for flowers from now on.

I had flowers made up and sent for my mother’s birthday. The flowers were of an excellent quality and my mother loved them. As I live in Australia I had no part in seeing the flowers first hand. I ordered the flowers directly with them from Canada. I have used them before and was very impressed. I would say the best arrangements around Halifax area They are not the cheapest around but like always you pay for what you get Hopefully I won’t have to use them much now as most of my relatives have moved on but now looking forward to weddings.
