My beautiful flowers were delivered on time but unfortunately to the incorrect address. However when I queried my order it was swiftly dealt with and a new fresh bouquet was prepared and delivered to the correct address. I gave all the correct details, postcode etc/ but still got it wrong. Florists sorted it out the next day and flowers were then delivered to correct address. Drivers fault entirely.

Not the best experience, I must say. This is the first time I have used this platform, easy to order from, not so easy to complain. Ordered my flowers to arrive a day earlier, 27th Nov, than required so that my wife could enjoy them all day on her actual 60th Birthday. Didn’t arrive. Direct2orist advise to contact the actual florists directly rather than they having to deal with it. Phoned the florist on the morning of my wife’s birthday and spoke with them to find out that a computer glitch due to the servers being updated had meant my order didn’t even arrive at the florist. Strange that my payment was taken for the order all those days before? Anyway, lovely lady at the florist was very apologetic and arranged for the flowers the following day as we were going out to celebrate for the day. Flowers arrived early the following day and they were beautiful. I will go direct to the florist next time. My fault I suppose, as I thought by doing it on line rather than in person was easier. TBH, I will not waste my time and money on this service again. Once bitten, you know the rest. Oh, and the florist did make them aware of this situation, to which they apologised to the florist, not to me unfortunately. They did send me the link for the review, which you can all now enjoy. Don’t waste your money folks, go to your local florist as you drive home and sort it yourself, plus save yourself their admin fee. Thanks for reading, if you hit this far.

My daughter had tears of joy when she thanked me for the flowers. She said they were stunning! She also said how lovely the delivery driver was too! Top marks for customer service and fab flowers!

The flower choices were many and we were happy with our choice as was the recipient. The cost of the arrangement was shown but we did not take into account the difference between the U.S. and France. I believe that could have been explained at the time of purchase knowing the giver and receiver's address. My son uses this florist and I will as well if need is presented. Just take my suggestion into account going forward.
