We are a family-run florist who have been delivering flowers in Lincolnshire for 50 years. Suzanne Sampson started the business in the 1970s and still remains involved, Our 2 directors Holly who runs our accounts department and Alison our manager. We wholeheartedly believe in our company motto “Delivering Emotions” - we deliver your emotions as well as your chosen flowers - joy, gratitude, comfort, serenity, hope, support, pride, sympathy, inspiration, friendship, love.

received flowers from you on Saturday 17th feb order number 2934626,they were delivered to Speedframe, Lincoln high street, a gift for Liz Hackney , the tulips were drooping and petals falling off,I rang to advise of this and you sent some more on Monday, as a replacement, just 48 hours later and the replacement flowers are a sorry sight, not only are they cheap chrysanthemums, statice and carnations, one rose and two gerbera, one of which was wired as the stem was broken, not at all what she ordered originally, only the foliage looking good 48 hours later. I have attached photos for you to look at, the quality is poor to say the least. I am very disappointed as these were to add cheer to a sad situation and have somewhat worsened the mood. To know that even the second time around delivering what should have been a positive outcome to unsatisfactory ordered has fallen short again. I contacted the florists again and they gave advised I take the matter up with yourselves.
