Gwillam was an outstanding store to deal with. Sadly I had gotten the delivery address incorrect. The delivery driver went to the address, was turned away and tried several neighbours without success. They contacted me, I revised the address and again the same thing happened. (Sadly I was trying to send to a long lost Aunty). That evening I managed to get the correct address and sent through to the team. Gwillam went out of their way to deliver some several miles away from the original address. I offered to pay for the troubles, however this fantastic gem of a florist would not accept. I???ve seen pictures of the flowers and they are stunning. I cannot thank this florist enough for their beautiful flowers at exceptional prices, but for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much ????????
