I ordered flowers for my friend in Falkirk, unfortunately she was not going to be at home on the day, so I called the Florist, Aileen Flowers of Falkirk and she kindly changed the date for me. Flowers arrived at my friend who again wasnt in she was at vets, Aileens delivery service put them in a secluded spot and then informed me by calling had to leave a voicemail as I did not answer). Eventually my friend got the flowers, I called Aileen and informed her of this, Aileen was going to leave it 30 minutes or more and if flowers still outside she was going to take them back and deliver later. How is that for 1st class service. Thank you Aileen and team

Ordered online for my mum's 90th birthday. Also choose the Teddy as an extra easy to order. Flowers were delivered nice and early, very friendly delivery person. Flowers lovely, wrapped nicely for protection, words on card exactly as requested. Lovely Teddy. Mum over the moon and we were very happy with results.

Bouquet was beautiful but not the bouquet I ordered. I ordered the Sunrise bouquet which in the image was a stunning bouquet of all yellow flowers, but I got a mixed white and cream bouquet. I was disappointed the one I took so long to choose didn't arrive but our recipient of the flowers was over the moon with what she got.

These were flowers for an old friend who passed away in Scotland. This company did exactly what they said they would do and the flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. The flowers were nothing like what I ordered. More than half of them were wilting and a few of them were dead. They didn’t even come in a gift bag like they were supposed to and there was no feed.

Recipient was very pleased with freshness and quality of flowers and teddy. Even chose a blue teddy as it was for the birth of her baby Boy. I specified no Lillies as they have cats (they're poisonous) and this was followed. Will use again!
