Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 4th Nov 2023

With instructions to deliver on 12th Oct I received notification on 13th Oct that flowers had been delivered that day. Very disappointed as these were sympathy flowers I rang the florist from Australia to be told that flowers had been delivered on 12th but the computer had not been updated till the next day. Was also told to ring the receiver to confirm flowers had arrived. If system had been updated on the day call and conversation would have been unnecessary

Jennifer

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 19th Apr 2023

Terrible experience. Was told I was better off going to them direct also delivery driver was very unprofessional. She called me and left a frantic voicemail saying she has been driving around trying to look for my property I called her back within a minute of her voicemail and couldn’t get through I then had to call the florist for them to tell me she’s trying to get hold of you. To that my reply was I’m trying to call her back but she’s not picking up. I personally wouldn’t use again.

Beautiful and fresh flowers were delivered to my mother in law. I took a bit of a gamble as I was ordering this delivery while living in the U.S. I had no idea if the flowers were going to be quality or if the delivery would be on time. I was pleasantly surprised that a perfect bouquet was delivered. The best part was that many of the buds had not opened, so it became more beautiful with every passing day as they bloomed! Would highly recommend!

we are a florist in Victoria B.C. Canada - and your florist network is great however it is difficult for me to use your website - since it is only consumer geared - it keeps track of my prev orders - but does not let me select and send a 2nd order - which would be helpful -

I've used D2F international florists now for many years and have delighted many friends and family members with the beautiful flowers and occasional chocolates, that never fail to be delivered. It is a better, quicker and cheaper way of sending 'love' than trying to find a present and then queuing at a post office, after gift wrapping etc... Flowers say it all. Perfect every time. Jim

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 21st Feb 2016

The flowers I ordered were all cream , they should have been in a presentation box no vase required. The flowers that were delivered were red roses, pink type flowers I think chrysanthemum type plus a few lilies and loads of gypsum and green foliage. Not in a box and all the wrong colours. On the website it states that they cannot guarantee all the flowers, but if the florist cannot supply the requested flowers they would go to another florist. I appreciate that at this time of year summer flowers can be in short supply, however the flowers delivered are nothing like I requested, they are totally different. If I had wanted red roses and pink flowers that is what I would have ordered. Cream flowers can be obtained from any local supermarket who do not appear to have a shortage. Also the presentation was not what I ordered.

Thank you for the beautiful spray for our little baby's funeral. The flowers were stunning and the selection was lovely. I would like to add how simple it was to order at late notice and receive an A1 service. Thank you again to the lovely lady who delivered the arrangement and I would definately order again from your company.

Wiltshires Florist provided my wedding flowers and they were beautiful, I have always ordered flowers from them as they are very down to earth and their flowers are always good quality at a reasonable price. They also did a mini wedding fair at their shop which was very helpful when I needed to choose my flowers and book a party planner and make up person for my wedding.

Flowers lovely, and arrived to right funeral. Only gripe was my name was spelt wrong on the card message, which sounds trivial, but for a funeral more care should have been taken on copying my message. It's an important thing to get right!
