Farhana

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 19th Feb 2020

Good customer service. Ordered Power of Love from 2 different florist, both didn't have it. I was informed by email by direct2florist who assigned it to someone else. I was apprehensive but I let them do it as it's too much hassle to reorder. Had to order 2nd time at 10am, arrived around 3pm. Flowers doesn't look like in picture but it's a lot better. Recipient is very happy with the flowers. I showed her picture of my order and she said the real flowers were a lot better. Happy with the service! Highly recommended!
