I just want to say a huge thank you for ensuring it was delivered on that day, my nan phoned me so extremely happy. She said that she couldn’t get over how beautifully presented they were and said that they were the most beautiful bouquet of flowers she has ever received! She said the attention to detail was magnificent and the flowers were so intricately put together. She said you clearly are a first class florist and will definitely use you if she ever needs flowers delivered. I just had to share her thanks with you and a huge thanks from me. It really brightened up a very different birthday for her, so thank you! What a lovely thing you can do during such a difficult time for many, so I wanted to pass on my deepest appreciation.
