David

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 11th Jan 2017

Flowers were very disappointing. Ordered 'Contemporary bouquet' and instead got a standard looking bouquet with roses which I do not consider particularly contemporary. What's more, the roses were old, discoloured and tired looking. Deeply disappointing considering the order was near enough £50 in total. Not a happy customer.

Lynsey

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 7th Jan 2017

Every year I have gone in person to this florist to order "something different" for a very close friend. I have never been disappointed. Ive had an accident and Im not mobile so couldnt do that this year. I phoned and explained and again they delivered beautiful flowers on Christmas Friday

Really lovely flowers, thank you

Ryding

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 6th Apr 2016

As above . It has been thoroughly disappointing to compare the picture I ordered from with the picture that I was sent by the person who received the flowers. Suggestions; 1. Update the picture to reflect seasonal flowers 2. Provide a list of flowers which will be available in any particular season 3. Request explicitly the tonal preferences of the buyer

Cristina

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 26th Mar 2016

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday online. She lives in London, I live in Bangkok. The flowers turned up for her on the morning of her birthday. She liked them. Boom! Potential disaster averted. Will probably get away with this for Christmas too.

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 18th Jan 2016

I ordered from Unikon because I was looking for something a bit more special than the typical bunch of flowers from a florist. What my friend received looked very ordinary and very different from the picture online (yes, I know that it was never going to be the same). I can't say I was very happy I'm afraid and the order cost nearly £55!!!

Ordered perfect gift bouquet -what arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website, if anything it looked a lot like the seasonal mixed bouquet ( which is a bit cheaper.) Perhaps there was a mistake, or perhaps it's just the gamble of buying online. But anyway, my friend liked them and that's the main thing. Thank you

Hannah

My girlfriend loved the flowers. She was unexpectedly away from her work on the original delivery date - but Flor Unikon delivered them again the next day at no extra charge. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Will definitely use them again.

Lockwood

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 17th Feb 2013

Used Flor Unikon for Valentine's Day. Only reason I'm submitting a rating is because the service was very, very good. Ordered on line and then spoke twice on the phone and everything went smoothly; they also delivered outside of working lunch hours which I requested. Flowers were excellent quality. Would use them again, very good.
