It was easy to use the online service. The flowers were delivered a day later than requested but if that meant waiting for fresher flowers, I didnt mind. I think a different colour than I chose was delivered but by all accounts they were very nice.

When you choose your flowers there is a disclosure that the florist may change the flowers depending on availability. However buried in the terms and conditions it is noted that they can also change to item they are displayed in. Ie we ordered a lovely wooden tray/basket and got a cane basket. We loved the flowers but we're really upset about the basket. My husband chose the item because of the basket. We did contact this site and was told as per terms and conditions. When you order the fine print advises you if the fact the flowers may change you need to read a fair bit of the t&c's to get to item 4.2which advises the product may vary. This whole process was upsetting for my hubby ad we are in Aus and his cousin who passed away was in the u.k he wanted the basket to be something the widow could reuse. Unfortunately nothing could be done to help him be side of the buried t&c's.put the disclaimer in the fine print before people place their order. The florist did a beautiful job but we felt let down by direct2florist. It was hard enough losing his cousin without the hassle about the basket.
