Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 30th Apr 2022

Excellent customer service - delivery did not happen as we had hoped because the recipient was not in as planned. The florist updated us on the missed attempts to deliver and left a contact card for the recipient to arrange a suitable time to deliver.

Sandra

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 27th May 2020

I found the website easy to navigate to select a florist and choice to be sent. Communication from the actual florist could have been a little better. I appreciated that there were going to be delays but there was no guide as to how long that would be. And when the order was noted as been available for delivery the next which understandably it wasn't there was no communication to say when it would be until it was delivered.

Rosanne
