Flowers looked great. Had great communication from the florist as no one answered the door and she let me know - which was fantastic. The flowers I ordered, were pictured with a little birdhouse. Whilst the add doesn't specifically mention the birdhouse, if it is in the photo, I think it should be included in the final product or else removed from the photo - otherwise, it is false advertising. I chose this particular arrangement because of the birdhouse.

Fast service and prompt delivery, considering I placed the order online Saturday afternoon, requesting delivery for Monday am! The delivery and customer service given by Julie was above and beyond what I'd expected - the flowers had to be re-delivered from work to a home address - I received a call from Julie to inform me of the change. This same-day re-delivery was also outside the normal Birmingham/Solihull area so I'm truly amazed and very happy. Not to mention the flowers look lovely too. The flowers were a thankyou gift, which delighted my friend and were described as beautiful. Exceptional. Will use The Floral Decorator again wherever possible.

Must admit I was a bit worried as I've never ordered flowers to be delivered to a hotel room. But I had nothing to worry about, the flowers arrived and were stunning.
