Barbara

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 3rd Nov 2021

Ordering flowers for the family on the other side of the world was made very easy using the Direct2Florist. Their website is straightforward and their email communication regarding the progress of the order, the delivery and and responding to my email enquiries has been excellent and reassuring. The flowers were delivered on time and on the day requested. My cousin sent a photo to me when they had arrived. It was a beautiful fresh arrangement, with vase as ordered and we were all very pleased with it. Direct2Florist were able to redirect my order to a different Florist from the one I had chosen (who were apparently too far away from the area I was sending to and which is one of the problems when negotiating maps on the other side of the world). However, I was very thankful for the excellent choice and the excellent delivery service. I have a big family in the UK and I will definitely send flowers to them via Direct2Florist in the future.
