I chose the product on the internet and was a bit worried as I know the recipient is very fussy and has very high standards. They telephoned a few hours later gushing with thanks and said they were the best flowers they'd ever received. As this person is usually very critical of anything less than the best I was not only relieved but thought that the product must have been really excellent.
