Asked for the flowers to be delivered on 19th August my daughter’s birthday, it wasn’t! It was delivered on 20th August. There was no communication from them, I left two messages on 19th no response whatsoever. I then called overall customer service and they said they would sort it; I did ask for a refund but nothing. I’ve seen the flowers and they were very disappointing contents and size wise considering they cost over £50

Ordered same day delivery it was simple to order also great choice of beautiful flowers . I ordered the hat box for birthday gift it arrived in few hours after placing order. Small extra charge for delivery as it was out off the range but well worth it. The flowers where beautiful and recipient was delighted and so was I. Defently recommended and will order again. Very well pleased customer Thank You A.G.

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 12th Apr 2022

Lukas blooms are great! 2nd time I have used them and will continue to. They deliver on time, floors are of fantastic quality and really last (my mother's day flowers have only started to die!) and the owner is so kind- she will do what is needed to get the delivery done. I had an incident where the flowers somehow were not delivered to the right address but this was instantly fixed and the owner hand delivered them herself with apologies- they are a great company. Many thanks again Lukas Blooms.
