We have been trading for over 10 years in Tuckton, Jen owns and runs the business. Kelly, who has worked with us for five years part time is a great help. We all make beautiful arrangements.

About & History:

Jeanette has been a florist and working on and off for over 26 years.... She took lessons at evening classes to work inline with her day jobs at the time. Jeanette established her own florist over 9 years ago taking over an existing flower shop business.

Specialties:

Jeanette works in all aspects of floristry but particularly enjoys funeral tributes viewing this field as a lasting tribute to a persons loved one and dearly departed. Receiving heartfelt comments like - 'the beautiful flowers made the grief easier to bear' has inspired Jeanette in her vocation.

I placed three orders on the same morning and only one remained with the florist of my choice. The other two orders were reassigned meaning I’m not sure what I sent. I was emailed by Customer service to say if I wasn’t happy I could call and cancel, but by the time I received the emails the same day delivery cut off had been reached so that wasn’t practical as I needed the flowers delivered. It would have been nice if I was sent a picture of what I sent along with the your order has been delivered email. Great service other than that and a very easy to use website. I would definitely use them again and have already given their details to friends.
