Graceful flowers picked up my order when another direct2 florist (Elite Flowers) rejected my order. They called me to go through the order and provide suggestions on alternatives. The flowers were beautiful - I can't thank them enough. The flowers were for a sad occasion and they were very professional and helpful.

Another beautiful arrangement, thankyou, my mum was delighted with her flowers. I won't use any other florist and I love how easy it is to order via direct2florist when I can't make it in to the shop to order personally.

The flowers I ordered were for my daughter who is attending the University of Glasgow. We live in Pennsylvania, USA. I was a bit nervous about ordering and chose Graceful Flowers because of their 5 star rating. The flowers were delivered to my daughter when she returned from class on her Birthday. When we Skyped I was able to see the flowers and they are lovely. The delivery woman was cheery and said Happy Birthday to my daughter. I would recommend Graceful Flowers and gave them another 5 star rating! Cheryl Hennessey
